Immune Defender Smoothie:




  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup green kale
  • ½ peeled orange
  • 2 Tablespoons of unsalted sunflower seeds
  • A pinch of honey and turmeric powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond milk



Blend all the ingredients together.


Fruity Turmeric Smoothie:




  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen peach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of grated black pepper
  • Hemp seeds
  • Grated Turmeric root




Blend the first six ingredients in a blender and top with hemp seeds and turmeric root as desired.

Pineapple Smoothie with Turmeric:




  • 1 cup frozen diced pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ peeled lime
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 sprig of mint



Blend all the ingredients together until it’s smooth in texture. Drinking this smoothie regularly fights off immune-related problems and reduces body inflammation.

Vitamin C Smoothie:




  • 1 orange
  • ½ lime juice
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • ½ inch ginger
  • Add water as required




Take one orange and extract all its juice in a juicer. Meanwhile, add all the liquid ingredients to the blender. Add the extracted orange juice, ginger, honey and turmeric powder. Blend it well until smooth. A glass of this smoothie is a great detoxifier and also, excellent for your immune system.

  • 1 small orange
  • 1 ripe mango
  • ½ lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
  • I teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 small beet root, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup fresh pomegranate juice
  • I teaspoon honey
  • ½ cup water
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves




Put all the solid ingredients in the blender in the form of chunks and blend well. Add all the liquid and powder ingredients afterwards and give it a blend again. This will give the smoothie a nice maroon color. You can also season it with chia seeds if you like. This smoothie is an excellent detoxifier for an everyday use.

Tropical Turmeric Cleansing Green Smoothie:




  • 2 cups of fresh kale
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 2 cups of pineapple
  • 1 cup mango
  • ½ juice of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon to ½ ground turmeric to taste




Take all the fruits in the form of chunks and put them in the blender. Then take the ginger in the form of a paste or solid. Blend all of them until it gives a smooth texture. Further add all the liquid ingredients, giving it a last blend until smooth. Enjoy your smoothie!
